Stock is the inventory operations view.

Stock management shows inventory records used to decide whether tracked items can still be sold.
Stock is the operations view for inventory health. Use it to find products/variations that are out of stock or approaching their low-stock threshold, then edit the underlying product/variation when quantity or stock policy needs to change.
Global Inventory Settings control hold duration, notification behavior and the default low-stock threshold. A product/variation can have its own stock settings and can allow backorders.
Stock changes affect purchase availability. Do not increase quantity merely to bypass an availability problem until you know whether the item is truly in inventory.
Open TruCommerce → Stock.
Stock tells you whether products/variations can continue to sell. Compare quantity and stock status with the Product’s Manage Stock/backorder/low-threshold settings. Store Settings → Hold stock also affects how long reserved stock may remain unavailable during incomplete orders.
Use the tables below when you need the exact meaning of a field, column, filter or action. Read the workflow and dependency sections above first so each option is used in the right context.
