Use the Booking Dashboard as a daily operations summary, then open the underlying appointment, payment, service, or report when action is required.

The Booking dashboard provides at-a-glance operational information for the appointment business.
The Booking Dashboard is a daily summary of appointment and revenue activity. It should help staff decide where to look next—today’s appointments, unpaid balances, active services or provider activity—rather than replace the detailed operational screens.
The dashboard aggregates Booking records and payment data. Its figures move as appointments, payments and refunds are recorded elsewhere.
Dashboard cards are summaries; correct the underlying record when a number is unexpected.
The dashboard is designed to answer questions such as: “How busy are we today?”, “How much money is still unpaid?”, “Which appointments are coming next?”, and “Which services are being booked most often?” It summarizes Booking records; it does not replace the detailed screens used to change them.

The Booking dashboard can surface today’s operational totals alongside status counts. Its quick insights include Approved, Cancelled, Completed, Checked In, Unpaid Total, Services, Providers, and Customers.
Treat Unpaid Total as a prompt to investigate
Open the related Booking Payments or Appointments before changing anything. Appointment status and payment status are separate concepts.
Booking Trend visualizes recent booking counts and revenue. Use View Reports when you need a more deliberate reporting view instead of reading the chart as the final accounting record.
The upcoming table shows each booking number, service, date/time, and status. The booking number links to the appointment so staff can review the customer, staff member, payment state, totals, notes, and other details before taking action.
Top Services ranks services by booking activity and links back to the service record. Use it to spot demand patterns, then check the service’s availability, capacity, price, and assigned staff if demand is creating scheduling pressure.
Creating or updating appointments, recording payments, changing appointment statuses, adding services/staff, and normal customer booking activity feed the dashboard summaries. Configuration itself belongs in Booking Settings, Services, and Staff.
