TruPayments Dashboard

The TruPayments Dashboard summarizes payment activity across modules.

TruPayments dashboard with payment summaries

Use the payment dashboard for a quick operational view before opening individual transactions.

What this feature is for

The Payment Dashboard is a health summary of payment activity across every module using TruPayments. Use it to spot changes in paid, pending or declined activity and to see whether expected payment methods are active.

A practical way to use it

  1. Review the headline transaction/payment-method metrics.
  2. Open Transactions when totals or statuses need explanation.
  3. If one method shows repeated problems, review the Payment Method and its gateway settings.
  4. Compare with Booking or TruCommerce records to understand what the customer was trying to purchase.

How it connects to other features

Booking and TruCommerce generate the business events; TruPayments records the financial outcome. Dashboard totals can therefore change because of activity in either module.

What to expect after changes

The dashboard is diagnostic. Resolve issues in the underlying transaction, method or gateway rather than expecting a dashboard metric to be editable.
