What this feature is for

Product Reviews are customer feedback attached to catalogue items. Store Settings decide whether reviews are enabled at all, whether only verified purchasers may review and whether guest reviews are allowed.

A practical way to use it

Set the store-wide review policy first.
Review new feedback in context of the product/order where relevant.
Moderate using the available status/actions rather than deleting every problematic review.
Use repeated feedback patterns to improve product information or fulfilment.

How it connects to other features

Store Settings → Reviews controls who may submit reviews. Product/storefront layouts determine where approved reviews are displayed.

What to expect after changes

Disabling reviews stops the review feature for future use/display according to the storefront; it does not change product stock or ordering.

Using Reviews

Use the list to moderate customer feedback and understand the linked Product/customer/verification state. Store Settings decides whether reviews are enabled and whether only verified owners or guests may participate; those global rules should be set before moderating individual reviews.

Using the list page

Column	Use
Product	Shows the product value recorded for each row.
Customer	Shows the customer value recorded for each row.
Review	Shows the review value recorded for each row.
Rating	Shows the rating value recorded for each row.
Status	Shows the record’s current status so you can tell whether it is active, available, or still in another workflow state.

Field reference

Field	Use
Product	Links the review to the product it describes.
Customer	Selects the Booking customer connected to this appointment or record.
Author Name	Name displayed for the review author.
Author Email	Email associated with the review author.
Rating	Sets the numeric rating value.
Content	The main review/content text.
Verified Owner	Marks whether the review is associated with a verified owner/purchaser.
Approved	Controls whether the review is approved for use/display.
