Coupons are customer-entered codes linked to TruCommerce promotions.
Coupons are the codes customers enter at cart/checkout. The code is the customer-facing trigger; the associated Promotion carries the actual discount logic and eligibility.
The Promotion determines the discount behavior. Products/categories/cart contents determine whether conditions match.
Publishing or sharing a coupon exposes its linked promotion to customers. Changing the underlying promotion can change the result for the same code.
Open TruCommerce → Coupons.

The Coupons screen is where administrators review and maintain discounts that customers may use during eligible checkouts.
A Coupon is the customer-entered code that activates an associated Promotion. The global Enable Coupons setting must be on, the coupon itself must be active/within its usage window, and the Promotion rules must also match the cart. Troubleshoot all three layers when a valid-looking code is rejected.
