What this feature is for

Advanced Booking Operations extend the normal service/appointment workflow with supporting records such as custom statuses, events, online meetings, files and other specialized tools shown in the module. Use these only after the core Booking workflow is stable; they are extensions, not prerequisites for a basic appointment.

A practical way to use it

  1. Start from the ordinary Appointment/Service workflow and identify the exact limitation you need to solve.
  2. Create/configure only the supporting record required for that workflow.
  3. Test it on a non-critical appointment before relying on it operationally.
  4. Document any new status/event meaning for staff so the same option is used consistently.
