Booking Reports summarize appointment volume, revenue, payment state and performance by service/provider for a chosen period.

Reports help administrators review Booking activity beyond the day-to-day appointment list.
Booking Reports summarize appointment and revenue performance over a period, including service/provider/payment views exposed by the module. Use them for operational questions, then open the underlying appointments/payments when a figure needs explanation.
Reports aggregate Appointments and related financial/status data. Refunds and unpaid/pending bookings can make revenue/payment figures differ from simple appointment counts.
Reports are read-only summaries; operational corrections belong on Appointments, Payments, Refund Requests or configuration.
Open Booking Tools → Reports.
Choose From/To and business filters before interpreting totals. Use Status/Payment Status/Service/Provider filters to answer one operational question at a time—for example completed revenue by provider—rather than combining unrelated states into one figure.
Use the tables below when you need the exact meaning of a field, column, filter or action. Read the workflow and dependency sections above first so each option is used in the right context.
