Booking Payments is the Booking-focused view of money connected to appointments.

Booking Payments connects appointment charges to the payment records created through TruPayments.
Booking Payments is the Booking-oriented view of financial activity tied to appointments. It helps booking staff reconcile what an appointment owes with what has actually been paid without requiring them to start from the global TruPayments transaction list.
TruPayments owns the underlying transaction/gateway history. Deposit settings can cause a booking to be legitimately partially paid while still confirmed according to your policy.
Financial records should reconcile with the appointment total and invoice. If they do not, investigate the underlying transaction/history rather than “fixing” the mismatch by editing unrelated appointment fields.
Open Booking Tools → Payments.
This view gives Booking staff a module-focused payment context. Use TruPayments Transactions when you need the gateway-level transaction/refund history. Keeping both perspectives avoids changing an appointment simply to resolve a payment question.
Use the tables below when you need the exact meaning of a field, column, filter or action. Read the workflow and dependency sections above first so each option is used in the right context.
