Booking Coupons provide a code-based discount for appointments.
Coupons provide controlled promotional adjustments when a booking qualifies for the coupon rules.
Booking Coupons are customer-entered codes that change the appointment price when their conditions are met. Use them for campaigns and limited offers; use Customer Groups for persistent customer-based pricing.
The coupon changes the Booking price calculation before the amount is handed to TruPayments. Service eligibility and other coupon conditions must still match the booking; payment gateways do not decide whether the coupon is valid.
A broadly configured coupon can reduce revenue across many bookings, so review scope and dates carefully. Disabling a coupon prevents future use but does not rewrite appointments where the discount was already applied.

A coupon is an entered code with a discount type/value, usage limit, active window and Enabled state. Set start/expiry dates and usage limits before publishing the code, then test it against the kind of booking you intend to discount.
