Booking Packages

Packages sell a defined number of sessions for a service under one package price and validity period.

Booking packages list

Packages group bookable value into an offer that can be managed separately from a single service.

What this feature is for

Packages sell a defined number of sessions for a service under a package price and validity period. They are useful when customers purchase a commitment such as a multi-session treatment or lesson bundle rather than paying independently for every appointment.

A practical way to use it

  1. Choose the Service the package applies to.
  2. Set the number of sessions, package price and validity period.
  3. Make the package available only after the underlying service has valid staff availability.
  4. Test purchase/booking usage and confirm remaining-session behavior is clear to staff and customers.

How it connects to other features

A Package does not replace its Service. The service still controls appointment duration, staff eligibility and location. Payment still flows through Booking/TruPayments according to the configured package workflow.

What to expect after changes

Package price and validity are commercial commitments. Avoid changing active package terms without understanding how existing customer entitlements are represented.

How packages fit the workflow

A package bundles a configured number of sessions for a Service, with its own validity period and price/currency. Use it when customers pre-purchase multiple sessions; keep the underlying Service configured correctly because the package depends on it.
