Installer Step 1: Server Requirements

Use the installer requirements screen and resolve any failed checks.

Step 1 checks the required PHP version, PHP extensions, and writable directories before Continue becomes available.

The first installer page is titled 1. Requirements Check. It displays separate tables for PHP extensions and writable directories.

What You See

If a Requirement Fails

  1. Match the failed label to the server requirement.
  2. Enable the missing PHP extension or correct the directory ownership/permissions through your host.
  3. Reload the requirements page.
  4. Proceed only after the installer enables Continue.
